Jordan and Lily Rosenthal have never been milkshake people, but when Jerry Greenberg and HiHo Cheeseburger recently introduced their new scratch-made shakes, the two ice cream beverage novices knew a taste test was in order; and it all happens inside the new HiHo Cheeseburger Studio City, where they will decide once and for all, if they can be milkshake people.
